Nothing that nutty, but I bet they all believe biological men should be able to compete in women's sports, that we should borderline have open borders, and probably most of them have nutty conspiracies about Israel. SOme libs can be nuts in an impractical way I guess. Only the conservatives could elect someone who believes in Jewish space lasers or believes in Qanon conspiracies though.

But more it's about the anti-democratic ideals being pushed by Trump that they are rallying behind that's the problem. You can have extremists on single issues, but moving towards anti-democratic beliefs is a whole other level.

Kamala? No. She's a serpent, a calculating person, and ignore her ultra-liberal voting record (in most aspects) because she was a California politician, showing the California base what she thought they wanted to see. While she was doing that, she was also quietly getting in bed with Big Tech and if you look at her voting record there it looks very different. Silicon Valley K-Streeters own Kamala to the bone, that's where her real loyalty is.
I really don't like her, if you haven't guessed. She was a bad pick, on a bunch of different levels, personally and professionally. The VP offices are a pure snake pit right now, it's apparently toxic up in there.
And yeah, there is an ultra-liberal, almost Socialist wing of the Dem party, but for now they're a small minority. The preconditions for a more sweeping Socialist Party just aren't in place in America yet...but we're starting to get there.
The Bernie Bros are not terribly different than MAGA. They're mean as sh!t. (Bernie Bros are self-righteous SJW bastardz.) They're purely anti-establishment. And a lot of them will cross over to whichever anti-establishment shill is beating the loudest drum, reinforcing the notion that the political spectrum isn't a straight line, it's a circle, and there's not a lot of difference between the far right and the far left and folks to whom those extremes appeal can actually go either way. (There's a reason Russia, for instance, made the transition from far-left Communism to far-right Neo-Fascism in one generation, and it wasn't because they passed through the spectrum and become an actual democracy in in the middle. They just kicked over a couple notches on the spectrum...and found themselves on the far right.)
