over the weekend, went in a restaurant, brewery, liquor store, grocery stores, several stores. Saw almost no masks. And all those places had signs clarifying that no masks were required if you're vaccinated. Now the mask/vaccine deniers can quietly blend in and look like sheeple too.

Employees were the only people wearing masks. I sort of got the impression that they didn't really embrace the mask thing altogether in Sylva, NC throughout the entire pandemic.

seem to be the only really reasonable places to wear a mask.
Doctors offices for those who might have weakened immune systems _ recognizing many cancer treatments comprise immune systems. And in this setting, being out and vulnerable may not be discretionary.
Airplane travel has seemed to link with personal colds and flu over the years. My neurosis ....

If my two children, not yet old enough for vaccines, are with me I feel bad making them wear masks while I live the mask free dream.
