Sad News for Tiger Family

On May 6th, 1965 Clemson Graduate, Farmer, Lawyer, Circuit Court Judge and Die Hard Tiger Sports Fan, James (Jimmy) Williams passed away after a battle with cancer. He was a cousin of 1948 Clemson Grad, William Funchess.

After living in Seneca for many years, he will be placed to rest in his birthplace of Norway, SC with other family members, this Wednesday. Services will be at the Norway First Baptist Church.

Thank you for posting this sad news. Jimmy was one year ahead of me at Clemson. I dated one of his sisters during my Clemson days. They are good people and Jimmy was one of the best Clemson men to walk this earth. He will be missed.
