Anyone know the story on him? Was the 1 center in 2021 draft class. Is he still too small? Or learning playbook?

There was some spring talk that he "is talented, but has a ways to go" canned speech.

Could be an attempt to red shirt for depth. We've recruited well at OL, but it's not converting to the field. Very young line, and we'll need depth long term for sure

We have recruited well so the lack of development under Caldwell is especially frustrating. Jackson Carmen actually digressed.
