the top 10 with this class without a few more 4 or 5 stars this year.
Not bad for losing BV, hopefully we can do better next year with the 5* and 4*...

Could careless everyone bitched when we didn’t have enough players committed and they’ll ##### now even though we are finishing strong. This class and the players we have coming back are going to be special

Not if ESPN is part of the composite. They devote the least amount of money and resources to recruiting.

Its at 12, but Story hasn't been updated in that. It still counts 18 commits and he was #19. Check again at the end of the day when add a few more. I'm willing to bet we finish 10 or 11.

11 . They haven’t included Story on the ranking page. But with the addition TJ Dudley we might jump OK. But doubt we jump UNC. Paul would also help if we get him. But 10 is probably our ceiling on rivals.

We could land 4 more signees, that would put us in the top 10, some in the top ten have finished and they are barely ahead of us, we will move up just depends on where.

Brent Venables was/is not the problem .We will be just fine on defense.
It's the offensive side of the ball that concerns me, and it starts with which Quarterback you see opening day.
Last year we lost a tough game to Georgia ,but it was the two losses to the Pack and the Panthers that kept us out of the playoffs. Those two defeats were conference losses. Georgia was not a conference loss. Yet in all three of those games, part ,but not all of the of the problem was the Quarterback. And he was a "5 STAR" recruit.
The problem this year is we open on the road against a conference opponent( granted cross division but so was Pittsburg),an opponent I might add that came with in a touchdown of beating us week three at home.
So I would not be too concerned with the # of 4 or 5 star recruits we get next year.
This year is the only year that matters and game 1 is the only one Dabo is worried about.
