Rice sock for the win.

So my neck and shoulders have been killing me. I’ve been using the family rice sock for relief. Don’t knock it until you try it.
Few years back, wife of found this diy heating pad online. You need a 1 pound bag of rice and a sock. Don’t use one of those ankle socks. Grab one the old school koolaid tube socks if you got them. And you’re going to want to use a clean and not too stinky sock. Empty the bag of rice into the sock, tie off the end, and then you heat it up for 1 minute in the microwave. It works well for any pain in the neck. Plus, you can eat the rice later during the apocalypse.

Last year I had really bad pain in the neck and the back, my doctor advised me to buy massage chair. I have researched which massage chair would be perfect for me then I found this website and read some reviews. I must say this really works great! I recommend you use a massage chair as well.
