Lucas just knocked in a 12’ eagle put on the Par 5 ninth hole.

He makes the turn at -10 and has climbed 20 spots, presently sitting in a Tie for 5th Place!!!

Lucas hit his approach from 122 yards within 9-10 feet of the flag and promptly ran another birdie in!!!

He sits in a tie for 3rd @ -11 now . . .

For those who weren't watching, Lucas got a fair amount of air time. He finished with a 64 at -13, 5 shots back of the leader. Probably not in position to win but could earn a fat paycheck with a good round today.

Yea you never know. If he gets on a birdie run he could make it interesting. Being that the lead is at 18 they are definitely there for the taking unless some type of weather or wind moves in.
