Remember when everyone was satisfied with 8-4 or 9-3 in the preseason?

Amazing how expectations are changed after being 5-0 after five weeks of football. I expected atleast 11 wins and don't get me wrong, we have a longgg way to go and 7 more games in the regular season. I hope we run the table and win out and our team is locked in every game! Go Tigers.

Umm there were a few if I remember correctly. Either they were predicting us to go 8-4 or they were satisfied with being 8-4 due to the recruiting class for next year. So yeah

I don't think prediction and satisfaction go hand in hand. I thought 8-4 was the bottom, 10-2 was my prediction, but could easily see us getting back to the playoffs.

I will be honest and say that I was thinking something along the lines of 10-2. I also said that I'd be happy if we managed to go 2-1 in our games against Auburn, Louisville, and VT. I'm perfectly happy to admit that, and perfectly happy to have been wrong.

That 2011 never really had success and didn't handle it too well late in the seasson, also that might have been Dabo's worst offensive line. All what the players on this team know are 10 win seasons and playing for a national championship. They also know how thin the line is between winning it all and coming up short.

Myself nor any Tiger fan I know is satisfied with an eight and four season. The only person satisfied by that type of season was Tommy Bowden. He was getting paid anyway, so who cares? I hated the mediocrity and I always thought we could do better. Dabo agreed.
