Remember in 1980 the heavily favored coots

Nov 26, 2014, 6:12 PM

Came into to the Valley and Lost to an underdog Clemson team. It was the first time the team wore orange pants.

I believe in the Tigers that they will once again show the coots the true university of SC!

Have faith and support the team. If you have something negative to post keep it to yourself.

The USC quarterback that day is my best friend in the world. That sometimes seems funny to some folks because I am a huge Clemson fan. In fact, he and I went to the Clemson/GT game a couple of weeks ago.We had a conversation about that game and he joked that the story going around was someone tried to shoot him but Willie Underwood intercepted the bullets. We still pull for our teams but I guess as we have gotten older we do not hate when our team loses because we realize these are young men giving their best and more importantly, there are things more important in this world.

Win, lose or draw.....

Everyone in attendance knows which school is THE university of South Carolina....and it ain't located in Columbia. And THAT makes true gamesquirt fans crazier than anything.

Clemson increases its historic lead over the stupid chickens come 4:30PM Saturday afternoon

1st Clemson-Scar game I ever saw in person...

Nov 26, 2014, 6:47 PM

and man, there was nothing like that moment seeing the guys come out in all-orange, then whupping Scar....how sweet it was (esp. since from Cola). That moment/game ranks right up there with me & my fam being in Miami for the '81 national championship, as one of my greatest Tiger football moments!
Believing this weekend will be a special one too -- GO TIGERS!

I stood at the top of the West end zone stands, working for Crowe security. So, not only did I get to see the Tigers whip the cooterheads, I got paid a whopping $22 for working the game!!

I remember the 1975 game when THE University of South Carolina scored every time they got the ball.

I was a freshman at Clemson then & I remember Willie Underwood getting several interceptions to help us win that game....and get us on pace for the following season to go undefeated and win the National Championship....Man that was a great game...We need someone to step up Saturday and be our "Willie Underwood" to help us win this game...Go Tigers!!!
