Imitation is the greatest form of flattery, too.
I actually have more of an issue with the team skipping down the hill one or two at a time. It was called "The Most Exciting 25-Seconds in College Football" by Brent Musburger for a reason.
The fact that it's still famous is a tribute to the faithful in the stands than the teams performance. Boys, the tradition was, if you aren't trying to catch the flag, you aren't really trying.
At this point, only Dabo is trying.
Also, if you really want to see people go nuts, actually get the whole team down The Hill in 25-seconds. You will hear a new note to the roar in the crowd that hasn't been heard since the 90's.
1) Practice, none of you have ever seen it, much less done it. No time to fondle The Rock.
2) Talk to the athletic department about getting a carpet that isn't slick under cleats.
3) Stretch in the locker room. It was a pulled hamstring that started this nonsense.
4) Somebody warn the media because the photographers around the goalposts don't know what's coming for them.
5) Put the most moderately exciting 2.5 minutes in football to bed, where it belongs.

team did nothing to stop UCF at any point during the weekend, so I guess they figured they owned other parts of our campus as well.
I have to think the gates must have been open at the Valley for some reason. I can't see their baseball team scaling the walls to get in en-masse. But, it WAS a pretty disrespectful thing to do. I rate it right up there with Steve Taillyhole's stomping on the Tiger Paw that year after his Coots won the game.
If Ye seek retribution for such acts, it should be ON the field on play. I am sure at some point we will play UCF again in some sport, and this incident should just serve as motivation. Given the results on the diamond, we must need some of that.

They look kinda constipated running down the hill trying not to go too fast. They were probably given permission, but told not to run out on the actual field. It looked to me like they were trying hard to stop short. All bunching at the gate.

It smacks of stomping on the logo or planting a flag on the logo after a win on the road.
But, on the other hand, it does give evidence that "the Clemson brand" is known throughout the country. In a back handed sort of way, it could be looked at as a compliment. "Hey, what y'all do is really cool! We'd like to do it."
I can think of no other pre-game activity at any other school that would be worthy of emulation.
Who among us would not relish the opportunity to run down the hill?

That sack is one of my favorite moments of the 2018 season!!! The stadium was just electric and the roar from that play was deafening. I know everyone wants to see exciting offense but is there anything that gets the crowd more fired up than when our defense is suffocating?

I have a lot of questions about how this was allowed, but I hope the team’s focus is to not allow another team to sweep and to do as much sweeping as possible the rest of the season. I believe we also have too much respect for other teams and for ourselves to do something like that on another campus. When we sweep another team we should should be thinking this is business as usual and not a reason to insult an inferior team.

No they won't. They'll remember sweeping the Tigers in Clemson and then running down the iconic Clemson Hill.
I can't believe all of the butt-hurt in here. College kids win a big series and have some fun. No harm to anyone here.
I can guarantee that some of y'all take this way more seriously than anyone in our athletic program.
Hopefully our Coach can use this as an opportunity to motivate his team. Because if we win the series, nobody else is going to run down the Hill.
