Start making some changes now especially with the offensive side of the ball.

Seriously asking, as the players aren't changing unless we finally get a few healthy. Lost another offensive starter for the year today

Our offense has struggled all year despite injuries and it all has to do with coaching players up. Receivers drop balls cause they’re not accustomed to making plays in practice. QB has no clue where to go with the ball or what to do with it. Receivers not even making blocks on screen passes as much as I hate them.

That may be true but throwing a pass ten feet over the receivers head is really on the quarterback!

The entire receiver group is horrible. One or two screwing up, you could say it is execution. But it’s 1st string thru the scrubs. Bad routes, drops, crappy blocking. That’s coaching.
DJ was a top QB coming out of high school, now he looks like he wouldn’t even start for a middle school team. That’s coaching. In fact I’ve heard interviews with folks more knowledgeable than anybody here say the coaches have been trying to “tweak” his throwing motion and it hasn’t been for the better.
Our o-line has not been good for a few years. Guys come in with potential and it’s never developed. That’s coaching.
Our offensive play calling is vanilla at best. That’s coaching.
Now I’ll agree nothing can happen until the end of the season, but come Nov 28th he needs to seriously reevaluate his staff. Anybody can win with the talent we’ve had over the past few years. But now that the talent level has dropped off a bit, we’re starting see some of the ###### in the armor.

A couple of years ago there was two ‘big time’ quarterbacks on the west coast. One you are all familiar with.... the other plays for Bama. At this point if the season there is no question about which kid has been coached to play big time football.

kid in Bama also has WAY SUPERIOR skill and OL around him. He would struggle at CLEM too...maybe not as much...but he has a great supporting cast in Tuscaloosa.
