He obviously wants out. He's clearly not All In and jt makes no sense to keep him around until he finally finds another job that will take him. Time to move on. Neff for AD!

Imagine the reputation hit Clemson would take if they fired employees for interviewing elsewhere. No one would ever want to work for a company where the company had an expectation that all new hires stayed in their jobs for the remainder of their lives.

I get what you are saying... but, apply that to your own life. Things change and sometimes that requires a job change.

Most companies will fire you for interviewing on their time for another job.Get a new AD.

This discussion between Miami and DRad is too public and too drawn out. If DRad doesn’t go now, it’s going to be a little awkward in the administrative circles and I wonder how effective he will be going forward. He has served Clemson well and I wish him the best. Next man up, Graham Neff!
