Unless you have a microwave (or some other plan for heating those) at the tailgate, you are wasting your time bringing those.

when you get to the tailgate, pull the hood up and put the box of KK's on the manifold. No need for a microwave!!

I don’t consider it an obligation to fawn over something Southern just because it’s Southern.
I realize plenty of others here disagree. Because Civil War.

If you catch Dunkin' on a good day, yes.

When Dunkin is fresh, they're the best around. When they're bad, they're baaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
Dunkin' coffee > Krispy Kreme coffee. KK coffee is like mud. Having said that Tim Horton's beats them all.

While in Canada on a job, we went to a Tim Horton. One of their value meals was chili, coffee, and a doughnut. The chili addition puzzled me as that is not something I would associated with a coffee and a doughnut.

It’s an overrated city. Fun to visit for a day or two, but I would never live there. People there tend to be miserable, they can’t drive, cost of living is ridiculous, and the weather sucks.

Many years ago, around 20 or so years ago, there was a place in Easley that made the best donuts I have ever had. They even had a Clemson donut called the Tiger Paw, I believe it was called Carolina Creme. It was amazing.

We went to a Dunkin Donuts after eating our evening meal to get a donut. They told us they were out of donuts. The term 'Donut' is literally in the name of their restaurant!!!
Krispy Kreme has NEVER told me that ... mainly because they make their doughnuts on site! So, Dunkin gets a TD from me.

I agree! Dunkin's doughnuts are terrible! They are just dried up little cakes. blech! I do like their coffee but that is the ONLY thing in that restaurant worth getting. The only thing they have going for them is their marketing department has done a good job of flooding the country with that waste of a restaurant.

Judge. Say it ain’t so. That’s like saying the Carrier Dome is better than Death Valley. Dunkin’ donuts are about as good as gas station donuts.

It aligns perfectly with prior observations. Next it will be English muffins over biscuits.

Krispy Kreme hot now is unbeatable.
That said, one of the best donuts you'll ever have is a freshly fried Li'l Orbits donut. I have fond memories of going to the Anderson Jockey Lot as a kid on Saturdays and my parents buying me some while we were there.
