Obviously doctors OKd it and its been done before.
The bigger point is how did our true freshman QB with a bad leg, who hasn't played half the year and about 1/2 the play book off the table, make your SEC defense look like a JV team?
Which is it...is he so ridiculously awesome or is Usuc just that bad? They should pose that question instead of whether he should have played or not.

So wait, when Connor Shaw came in the game injured last year to help them win against Mizzou, It was "heroic." Getting beat by a one-legged freshmen QB, endangering Watson's career.
Here's my take.....Whenever I hear this argument, I consider the source. It sucks they did not get win 6 in the rivalry. It sucks they got trounced 35-17, 4 of those TD came from Watson and he beat them on two "six inch" passes to a WR who made me say "Sammy who?" and that they would only run in a high school game, and to only find out that Watson's two running scores was a kid who had one bad wheel.
In my opinion, they would be using the "we still beat you" argument if we would have lost. So keep your "moral" argument to yourself radio man. South Carolina lost that game because they could stop snot with a Kleenex on defense and Clemson has been knocking offenses backward all year. PERIOD!

And Todd Ellis said that he would be ineffective if he even played. Watson had only started 4 games this year and had never seen the pressure of the rivalry game. LOL! Sure hope he is a better lawyer than football commentator!

True Story: I had a one legged man from Salvation Army show up to collect a sleeper sofa. I asked if he needed help getting it to the truck. He replied, "Nope, I got it." He then proceeded to throw that heavy mutha over a shoulder and loaded it in the truck by himself.
Since then, I never doubted the strength of a one legged man.
