I think it comes down to people just not wanting to take on a project on a guy with terrible statistics against a weak schedule. His tools aren't close to AR, though both very much underperforming

It's tough to tell. It's all a gamble. Josh Allen had a 50 % completion rate out of college and is one of the top 3 in the league.

IMO, when players with a lot of talent under performs, that's on the position coach, and the HC for not seeing it and fixing it!!!!

Sometimes it's not having enough talent around them. Seen many QBs get better in the NFL than ever in college. Allen, Herbert, luck, vick and Rodgers were all incredibly different players in the NFL vs their college numbers

There’s a whole package needed for greatness, not talent alone. It’s possible to see it and still not be able to fix it. There’re a lot of Heisman winning QB busts. Just saying that it can’t always be laid at the feet of coaches.
I guess you could argue that Heisman doesn’t necessarily mean talent, but that’s a whole ‘nuther box of crabs.

Levis threw for 200+ yards against SEC competition exactly ONCE. EVER. The on-field performance does not match the measurables.

Well I’m definitely not woke but like some others here I’ve had some weird goings on with my stats. About a month ago my pulse went from 100 to null to 100 then back to 7. I decided I would not beg the overlords for relief but get there on my own. I will then ask them to put my pulse at 193 😁.

Very odd to me. I think they finally have what he had and they can finally show themselves. I'm not sure, but I can't imagine UGA boards were flooded with tigers when we stomped bama. I personally think he’ll be a good NFL QB for a few years at least. He’s shown his capabilities in 2021. And honestly, a big thing for NFL scouts I’m guessing is if you’ve shown you can do what he did. He did for a whole season, but then slumped the next season.
He’s got the right traits, just needs a good franchise with help. Not the worst thing, he’s going sometime soon though.

apparently that OC, Rich Scangarello, had terrible schemes and was a bad hire from the onset. I think had Liam Coen (who to the LA and came back to KY) stayed at KY for Levis' last year, it would have been much different.
