Downplayed their crowd and said we should have won last time there. Coaches and teams love to use this stuff. Clemson uses this stuff to fuel the fire.
It's not a knock on Clemson, I was just mentioning it.

DW did say the crowds play a factor, but they aren't going to win or lose a game.
And as far as how we should've won last time- that's sort of a compliment to them, no?

I don't have any problem with how he handled it. But coaches will love to take what they can to motivate their team. The headlines on TigerNet aren't helping, to be honest. Very much taken out of context.

Commenting about a crowd being important but ultimately relying on the players seems pretty legit.
FSU coaches can makeup whatever they want, but what DW4 said wasn't anything to get players riled up about.

hates NC state as much as we do. Unless the guy has a brother playing for FSU I really don't see how Gallmans comments could possibly offend even the most sensitive FSU player, coach or fan.
