Real reason for poor SEC bowl performance

The reason is very simple: The SEC players are just emotionally drained and mentally exhausted from all their fall semester academic and athletic work. Literally, they need some well deserved "down-time." Fans of other football conferences simply are unable to fathom the difficulty of being on one of the several self proclaimed national #1 football teams and taking difficult advanced STEM courses in addition.

Well, their grueling conference schedule always seems to take it’s toll on their teams. This is evidenced (and we are constantly reminded) especially in the bowl games and the CFP. Isn’t that what we’ve heard before? When their best teams were pounded by Stoops at OU and by Miami, we heard it was because theirs teams couldn’t seem to get up for those games. It has always been one excuse or the other. They do always seem to have one or two good teams that the others (Coots, among others) hide under their skirts claiming to be the best and toughest conference.
Making no predictions but GA will not have an easy time with Michigan if they show up and pound the ground like they did against OSU. If they do, they will “out SEC”GA.

And if they CAN'T stop it, Georgia may wind up only getting about 7 or 8 possessions for the whole game. I didn't think there was a situation where I would be rooting for "Neverland Sleepover Coach" Jim Harbaugh, but durned if that ain't the case in this game.

The real reason is because the only bowl that matters is the National Championship because we all know Jolly old Saint Nick will let all the Head Coaches touch the trophy after they kiss his @$$ !
The other games are just for the money, as in how much the fan bases are willing to spend on seeing their team gum up the games.

Two 6-6 teams and another at 7-5. The Gamecocks should keep the losing streak intact today. In other news.....The SEC has TWO teams in the CFP. The ACC?

So. ACC had two last year in the CFP. The SEC isn't making any earth shattering new record for the playoff.
