I’m sitting in the corner booth at Macs Drive in. First time here in 25 years. Been bragging on it to the fam, and it’s living up to my praise. But... I can’t remember if Macs takes a credit card. This could get ugly.

I know this is too late but it is cash or check only. I have seen numerous people that they allow to leave, go to ATM and come back and pay.

Actually, he let me run to the ATM. Great time. Nothing has changed. So glad my kids got to have a Macs double cheeseburger with me.
Somebody offered to run some cash over for me, and I’m wondering if your surcharge would have been less than the $3 ATM fee? ??

grandkids to carry cash but to no avail.
"Everyone takes debit or credit cards" was their response. I'm old-fashioned..."...out of touch with the times," you know.
Until we'd go somewhere and see a sign, "Cash or checks only." And guess who had the cash? And got stuck having to pay the bill?
LOL....Makes me think they might have been on to something!
