Buying tickets to the game does not give you any more right to complain than if you listened to it on the radio or watched on espn app. Tho he has gave up some runs late idk how anybody can argue with that. I think he will improve as our closer tho. He did hold them to a tie and gave our O the chance to win it if ya wanna try to think positive lol. It could have been worse.

I know when something goes wrong everything goes wrong with him. He doesn’t handle adversity well at all. Something a closer MUST be able to do. I don’t know him personally but we can judge their sports personalities based off what we see... Just like u know who are the clutch players. They show signs. Ryley shows signs of being a head case

Diamond why you hating on Gilliam? Did he give up the bomb to tie it up Friday night? No.
Give the man a break, he has a plus fastball that sometimes gets a little flat. When you throw 95 and the ball goes flat its gonna go a long way. However his curve-ball is amazing. When you bring 95 then can pull a nasty hook your gonna be successful. Will you blow a save or two a season? Yes but thats just baseball. He had a 2.75 ERA last season oh btw which was his FIRST season ever being a closer. He had a 0.82 ERA, .158 OBA, 36K 7BB last year in the 9th inning doesnt sound like a choke artist to me. He was a midweek starter his freshman year and a starter in HS as well. He cant be to bad if team USA wanted him as their closer for the summer. He did well for team USA too 0.00 ERA, .148 OBA, 9K 2BB, 3 saves. Could have picked any other baseball closer but they choose him for a reason. These are just cold hard stats.
