He is fine. Not everyone can come in and be ready like Lawrence or Watson. I do agree that Tony Elliot is not helping the situation with his play calling.

When the kid gets time and makes the right read he throws it as good as anybody. His first touchdown pass and the throws in overtime were spectacular. He just needs time to and experience.
