is the alabama crimson tide struggle.

saban will not let it happen he will do what he needs to do to keep
the program loaded for bear.

new coaches new players it does not matter.

one thing i do know is sabans teams are big fast and have a dang good strength coach.

he also has a large offensive line who can move people and can get a yard when they need it.

our o-line play has been lukewarm at best our strength and oline coaches are not good.

just some comparisons on confernces the acc is not the sec and it shows its head lateley when we play a more physical tean even ohio state.

Our strength coach has been fine the last 5 years so why do you suddenly say he’s bad now?

Exactly, that's what I said just the other day. Saban will lose a coordinator, and position coaches at the same time if, the coordinator ask/allows his position to go with him. And ole Saban usually never misses a step bc of a coaching change.

When Nick has to replace a coordinator, or a position, he don't hire them bc they were an X Bama player. Nick hires coordinators and position coaches that has coaching experience that he's sure they know what they're doing, and they don't need their hands held while retaining experience at Bama, or any where else.

IMO, that is what a winning coach must do to stay a winning coach. Saban don't give a rats A$$ what school they went to, his concerns are can they coach winning FB that he expects, and demands to be a coach at Bama.

That is exactly why Nick Saban has had the college coaching career that he's had, he hires experience above all. Love him, hate him, he don't care one way or the other bc it's all about winning to him, and he won't accept nothing less. What Saban does is what keeps him at the top of all of college FB year end and year out, PERIOD!!! That is exactly why his name is always at the top of the list when it comes to who is the best coach in college FB, the first name we hear is Nick Saban. There is nothing in the way of stopping Dabo at being right there with Saban bc, Dabo has been able to have our administration behind him 100%, PERIOD!!!!
