Fans don't get to make coaching decisions

Nor should they. Some of you are showing yourselves to be entitled fools.
Want to win championships? Let your qualified, high paid coaching staff get us there. Put your butts on the seat and support the team.
We don't see the practices, we don't spend time in the meeting rooms or doing film reviews with the players. What you and I see is the tiniest sliver of the work the players put in.
How about we talk some FSU?

I agree.
Do you think Cole or DW deserves to start in Tally? What about D.J. Howard?

I think you stick with CS, and I think experience overrides talent in a game with So much on the line. I still think we should prime DW but keep the same rotation. We need to get DW some much needed reps withthe 1st team but you cant dismiss the experienced CS. I doesnt matter what I think but the coaches have this thing figured out.

Booing is always uncalled for, but they were booing Dabo and Chad.

The coaches don't care about who you think should start at QB, and I'd be pretty ticked with them if they did.

And boom goes the disrespect all because I think Deshaun is better than Cole? I have zero influence and have bigger things to worry about than clemson football winning or losing. I just disagree with Dabo and disagree with your argument of blindly following him. Public figures know they will face public ridicule when they fail. I love Dabo, just think he needs to have more confidence in Deshaun. I'd be the first to apologize to you if Cole looks strong against FSU and keeps us close.

At least you admitted that you would be "pretty ticked" if the coaches did something in which you disagreed with. That's a start.
Go Cole beat the Noles!

Disrespect? You think you know better than Morris/Dabo.

You are making this assertion from a tiny sample size, and you haven't seen what goes on during practice. You think you know better than these two highly paid, highly qualified top 20 FBS coaches.
That's a lot more disrespectful than me calling you out.

Look man, coaches come and go. They make mistakes like everyone else. I saw an offense look decent in one half and atrocious in the next (for more reasons than just Cole). Of the tiny sample size that I have seen, #4 is better in my idiotic, inexperienced, negative opinion. I respectfully disagree with you, who really cares?
In my opinion Obama sucks, he sucked when he ran for president and he sucks now that he has more sucky "experience" doesn't mean I am qualified to run for president.
Relax, have a discussion and quit telling me to shut up.

You aren't discussing anything

You are repeatedly stating that you like what teensy tiny bit you saw DW play. And you are making the logical jump to suggest that he should start.
What is there to discuss? Your entire premise seems flawed to me. It's just like everyone who was calling for Stoudt over Tajh last year without.

Our o-line is average. DW is a better scrambler and could counteract that weakness. Our RBs have played ok overall and it's my opinion that another running threat in the backfield to run the read option would help to keep the d on their heels. I've been watching DW since his freshman year at Gainesville, the kid is a once in a generation talent and has been running this offense for 4 years. Cole is a very solid game manager, could start on a lot of teams, with the best o-line in the country and a pro style attack, he could make some serious noise. Unfortunately this offense (hunh/read option) doesn't play to Cole's strengths. I trust the coaches but disagreed with them not giving DW a shot in the second half when CS hit a wall. Chad admitted he was too conservative in the second half, get aggressive and see what DW can do, is all I'm saying. If we lose with DW, he gains valuable experience to be used for 3 more years. Against SCSU, Cole looked shaky. Could have had 3-5 picks. What are you seeing in Cole that makes him stand out against DW?
Could it be possible that CS is a great practice QB and knows the reads and DW is still a little green in some areas, but is an absolute gamer? I have a lot less to lose, than Dabo and Chad, so I understand them making the conservative call, just struggling to believe CS can beat FSU. I do think the coaches are impressed with DW and losing sleep over it.

DW wasn't flawless, either

He had a cutback that would have been a loss of 10+ yards against a more capable FSU defense. Luckily, he was faster and stronger than any SC St defender on the field.
That won't be the case with FSU.
