Part of the discussion is on Swofford's decision on the upcoming TV/Media deal that is very important for the ACC to keep up with the SEC and B1G.

Scar brought it more revenue than Clemson this year - and all because of the success of the SEC and their TV deal. That should bother Clemson fans (remember, we made it to the Nat'l championship and they were dead last in their conference). Just because it's all rainbows and sunshine for us right now doesn't mean this won't have a long term impact.

Its nothing new for them to make more TV revenue than Clemson. Plus I believe Clemson actually surpassed them when you factor in the 60 million in IPTAY. I do think it is important to capitalize now while the sports bubble is so strong but I don't think the revenue impact will be as drastic as some think because right now everyone has a lot more money than they have in the past.

Good point. For all of Swofford's shortcomings, he has been a forward thinker. With the economy in a better place now than 2010 (last tv deal), we could be positioning ourselves well for an innovative solution. And sure, Scar has "always brought in more TV revenue than Clemson" but does that make it okay? Just saying, we should demand excellence from the ACC because we're contributing excellence to the ACC.
