Each school got 17,500 tickets, which is 35,000 seats accounted for.
Stadium capacity is 75,000K with bleachers. That leaves 35,000 in the hands of the general public to do with them as they please.

you really think people ordered $650 tickets without somebody double and triple-confirming their attendance?
This isn't normal ticket ordering here, these are single tickets worth twice the cost of SEASON tickets. People didn't nonchalantly order extras.

Ticket prices will go up. Because the cheap seats are already sold. It is a matter of whether you want to pay more for an expensive ticket to begin with. I think this will be one of those priceless games because we are going to win We have looked forward to this game for almost a year. No shock and awe for this game.

Face value of tickets was between $450-650. First off, those aren't considered "cheap" in most minds. More importantly, the spread is $200...there really aren't seats that are that much more expensive than others. It's all perception.

I don't see why people are complaining about the swats they received and wanting to trade. Just be happy you are getting to go. I am still praying I can find two tickets at a decent price.

Look on the bright side. Out of the 35,000 Bama and Clemson fans, someone is gonna have an emergency that means Momma or Pop ain't gonna be going to the game. That'll free up a couple of tickets don't ya think?

Yes, people do that. You have to request them before the ACCCG (later extended to Dec. 19) and things come up. I ordered 4 last year for myself and friends but ended up getting tickets elsewhere so I sold 3 of my 4 on the secondary market. It happens.
