my opinion is that multiple looks IS THEIR TRADITION - everyone else has to manufacture reasons to be excited or draw attention to themselves because they do not have tradition or a real reason for people to be excited - I may be old school but I like that we have a brand that works just fine without gimmicks.

I think it's a really good idea for those small schools who play on Tuesday and Wednesday nights during the season to give people a reason to turn to the channel and actually watch them. Also for teams who are terrible on the scoreboard and want to cause a distraction for their fans.

There are a few more reasons to have to reveal new uniforms and logos every year but none of them are really a sign of what you want for your team either so I won't bother posting them.

I agree the Oregon is the only recognized program that can get away with it.

I agree, most of the other schools uniforms look like tacky little league jerseys. If you look at what FSU is wearing this weekend, it looks silly. They have some of the best jerseys in college football imo, why change that??

Call me a fuddy, but I'm ok with the purple for the Military Appreciation game, but glad we don't have to see it any other times through the season anymore. It was way overused, in my opinion.
