Don't understand why IPTAY doesn't just send out an email saying, here's the timeline for credit cards to be charged, tickets to be assigned, tickets to be emailed, etc (like they did last year)

Would eliminate so much confusion amongst the members and would alleviate IPTAY's phone lines tremendously...

Does this make too much sense??

once they had all the requests. Waiting until after beating OSU seems short sighted

Yeah, it might be a wasted effort but good customer service and they would already be done

Don't they use computers and stuff?
