Howe about a little more small ball with men on? Better yet don't put a hitter in with the bases loaded that has only 4 live bats in a game? Just a suggestion.

True starters, develop players, guys stop swinging for fences (solo shots ain’t gonna cut it), a coach that just doesn’t worry about launch angle and crap, upgrades to the facilities.

AMEN!!! I have said that for the past 3 years. Why in the world do you have guys uppercutting and swinging for the fences when they have only hit a couple of home runs in their careers? Makes no sense whatsoever. Teach players how to line the ball and hit it solidly. Homers will come. These hitting skills are being taught by a coach who has no clue. Hank Aaron use to say he felt like he was hitting down on the baseball and hit line drives all over the park. Homers just came naturally. Our guys are very poorly coached as hitters and the pitchers are even worse. Sad.
