these non winners at the top of the PGA Leaderboard, I thought Will Zalatoris had the best shot of winning. And, of THOSE, he did come the closest. But, the Baby Faced Assassin, Justin Thomas, pulled off a 67, and beat him in a playoff.

Sadly, for him, the 54 hole leader pulled a Mickelson, and doubled the last hole, to not even make the playoff. Major golf is tough. A couple more guys choked away their chances in the last three holes as well.

I said it before, playing to win a whole lot of dough doesn't affect these guys that much anymore, but you put that word "Major" in front of them in a tournament, and some sphincters start clinching. Getting your name etched on one of those iconic "permanent" trophies is a whole nother deal.
