saying that the possibility of a current Grand Jury looking into evidence of Hunter Biden & info on his computer being damaging enough to merit him being charged, indicted and thus go to trial and have him possibly being declared guilty..
is no more a guarantee of certainty than the case against Deshaun was a done deal and that he would automatically receive a guilty verdict since 10+ witnesses were called in to testify against him.
Saying, the Grand Jury in the DW4 case looked at the evidence, heard the testimonies and acquitted him 9-0.
Interesting and who knows what went on behind the scenes in the DW4 case and what will go on with the case involving the Son of the sitting President of The United States.
My guess would be nothing will happen if THEY the Grand Jury “know & understand” what will happen to them personally from the you know whos if they went forward!
Lady Justice has lost her blind-fold and level scales so often in America that she is no longer meaningful.

The situation’s are very different. There’s no doubt the two situations have nothing in common. But his point is going in front of the grand jury is rolling the dice.
But it is amazing that someone that had more than 10 people accusing them walked away from a grand jury without an indictment because as the saying goes a grand jury will find a ham sandwich guilty of something. So he’s making the point that just because it looks like a lot of evidence is going against you it doesn’t mean the grand jury will find you guilty.
Almost everyone gets indicted by a grand jury because the system is rigged against the defendant. Just like the FISA courts are rigged. Just like these kangaroo courts on college campuses where boys get tossed out of school for doing absolutely nothing because of a simple accusation. The grand jury system, college kangaroo court still have no business even existing, and the FISA courts are all BS and rigged! and to walk away from any of those things without being convicted or indicted is pretty amazing. But despite all of the witnesses Deshaun Watson walked away.

that the grand jury unanimously voted NOT to criminally indict Watson.
Maybe it's just me, but that seems like a pretty clear indication that the grand jury had very little if any real confidence in the evidence and/or testimony that was presented.

O’Reilly’s 16 “lame” Killing Books have all been best sellers on NYT’s book list, written with high intelligence & lots of interesting historical info.
Maybe you should read ONE.
Imho Bill is one of the most neutral & truthful cable tv personalities who means it when his “No Spin Zone” is in high gear..unlike ones from CNN or other left-wing cable liars who push radical agendas and/or racism.
In fact, several nights ago he stopped a guest who injected a possible untruth (no proof could be given) and Bill said he would not condone that. Haven’t heard that kind of journalism in a long time..
..plus Bill doesn’t normally rant, yell or scream like Mark Levine who’s awesomely smart about the Constitution and fearfully knows how Dems want to bypass it since that’s only way radicals can push non-constitutional agendas that will move America more to the left and incorporate Socialism, Fascism & Communism which happened too often under Obama & now full-speed with Joe giving in to the Squad of lefties.
Furthermore (can be proven by searching), O’Reilly’s last cable show was #1 for 20+ straight years until the left & Hillary got advertisers to drop him while he was away on vacation due to possible womanizing & more with staff members. Oh, hello CNN’s Chris C..you were lucky for a lot of years but you finally got sacked.
Oh, I have a fine History degree from Clemson and understand a lot more (sadly) than say 200,000,000 million busy Americans what’s going down and it’s going to be a disastrous day when we lose our freedoms & liberty..and it’s happening from within in warp-speed and anyone with eyes, ears & a brain should sense it.

O’Reilly was the last prime time Fox personality worth watching IMHO. I was flipping through terrestrial radio a few weeks ago and came across Bill appearing on Hannity’s radio show.
Per typical, Sean was repeating the daily talking points and Bill was challenging many of the points. It was very civil and once again highlighted how Hannity does not think quick on his feet imho.
I was a very loyal viewer of Fox News in its early days. By 2017 when Bill left, I pretty much was done with Fox already. They were already giving too much time to the Tea Baggers… I mean Tea Party folks. And after all I am a globalist Republican. Long live Romney, Flake, Liz, etc.

But he makes a very salient point.
As the saying goes, you can indict a ham sandwich with a grand jury. But, weird #### does happen. Watson, despite the way the grand jury is rigged against the defendant and the fact that there were at least 10 witnesses, did not get indicted.
Ergo, people that are giddy and think we have the goods on Hunter Biden should check themselves because given the times we currently live in Hunter Biden could walk out of there completely exonerated.
Today it’s not about truth. It’s not about facts. It’s not about right or wrong. It’s about public opinion. It’s about politicians calling for violence in the community. It’s about social media. It’s about cancel culture.
Chauvin was not a racist, what happened to George Floyd had nothing to do with racism, George Floyd was not murdered, technically and legally it was not even manslaughter, but Chauvin is going to jail for life as a murderer and considered a racist. Not because of what happened, but the way it was turned into propaganda and the fact that the make up of the jury today is far more important than any facts.
O.J. Simpson walked out the court room a free man because of the jury. Chauvin and other officers have been found guilty because of the make up of the jury and how they have been brainwashed or because of their own prejudices. We have people going to jail today that should not even be going to trial!
So if that jury is full of people that are woke and voted for Joe Biden it doesn’t matter what the facts are that little scum bag could walk out of there smelling like a rose!
