With The CFP Hopes on Life Support (Germans)

Nov 9, 2022, 10:12 AM

no more 3 or 4 point wins will cut it. 3 to 4 score win margins are now required. With the possibility of 3 undefeated Conference Champions and 2 one loss Conference Champions, the Tigers still need help. Oregon is the 1 loss team that if they win the PAC, would most likely get in ahead of the Tigers.

Go whoever plays Oregon and TCU and always Go Tigers!

Very true. TheTigers must be the dominant team on the field the rest of the season and win every game in a dominant way. That will be a tough challenge for this team but our man Dabo can do it. We will know a lot about the Tigers future around six o’clock Saturday. I hope by that time I’m watching a 38 to 10 game.

Yep!

Imo, hoping for a playoff seed is nonsense.

Getting stomped by a UGA team is not how I want to end the season.

Honestly our path to the playoff is so tortured. In addition to all the scenarios involving other teams losing, we need to win out, and we need to be impressive doing it. We need NC to win out to be 11-1 in the ACCCG, which would put them in the top 10 at that time. I think we need an impressive, top 10 win to move up 6 spots regardless of anything else that happens.

Please stop !

Even Dabo has acknowledged that the goal of making the CFP is gone. Let us concentrate on improving for louisville - and then further improving over the rest of the season. Winning the ACC is within our grasp if we recover from the ND loss and get back on track - doing the best we can with the group we've got.
