If we round out with 22 after the acc tourney we should be in good shape the committee will know we are nowhere near the same team we were in December

fall(the ones from poor confs) and we'll get a natural bump from league games which will help our RPI. We were the 2nd 4 out after this weeks Bracketology. Now we are probably last 4 in on the projections. Just keep playing well and we'll get there.

with 7 of the last 12 on the road, but if we can keep playing like we have recently, I think it is doable.

That would be a final record of 18-12. I would feel better about 19-11 (12-6). That would definitely put us in the top 4-5 of the ACC. The ACC will get at least 6, and possibly 8-9 teams in the NCAA Tournament this year according to most experts. We will definitely be in at that point.
We are in really good shape right now, despite the early season losses. Yes, we have a lot of road games left, but most of those games are not against ranked teams. The toughest part of our schedule is almost behind us. I think these next three games will be very important:
at UVA
Pitt
at FSU
If we can get 2 of these next 3, we will be 7-2 in the ACC at the halfway point. The second half of the ACC is:
at Wake Forest
at Virginia Tech
Notre Dame
Georgia Tech
Boston College
at NC State
at Georgia Tech
Virginia
at Boston College
Five of these nine are on the road, but most of these nine are against teams we are theoretically better than at this point. I see 11-12 ACC wins as very doable provided we keep playing with the confidence and cohesiveness we have shown the last six games. I'm sure we will have some games where we don't play as well, but if we keep grinding, we'll be okay.

I think 19 gets us there. 18 probably puts us needing to win an ACC Tournament game to make it.
