At this point in the year if the word is " waiting on test scores " it can be reworded into "where are we placing them ?" .
They are nonqualifiers , same as Oglesby at Clemson.

Lammons and Green had to retake the test because of test score differential. They are waiting for their confirming test score which should be in this week. If they test within range they will be available for the fall semester.

Green and Lammons coming in this late will hurt them. May not see action till a few weeks into season. Smith and Harris will play in Game 1 they have been there all summer. That USC biggest weakness. We better attack it. But who knows by time we play they may have improved like the LB did last year.
