this was supposed to be a dominant Group and people are saying there’s two or three first round picks… I just don’t see it

Coaching would be #1, but let me clarify. Not coaching individual players, maybe I should have said play calling. Most talent we have ever had and some of the least productive plays.

#1 they just aren't as good as advertised.

#2 sometimes the talent of the individual players isn't completely as a group.

The answer is scheme. Goodwin doesn't have the DL penetrate, they play peak a boo likes its 1980 again and wait for the rb to cone to them.

Venables was an emotional, violent man when it came to defense. He was a leader and the player responded to it. Goodwin is not.
We have the talent but they’re not coached up.
