I think there was a runner on first thus you cant run on a strikeout with a guy on first. Not 100% sure. The guy on third did come in to score on that strikeout passed ball.

Actually had runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out. In the stands the conversation was that he didn't run in order to provide some legal obstruction to allow the runner an opportunity to score. With Jolly being a catcher, I would think that is legitimate? ?
