Who is the Clemson network reporter who asked Dabo...

Oct 24, 2013, 10:49 AM

...about the false story about Tajh?

I think he needs a timeout from the Clemson network of reporters. Dude took unsubstantiated internet rumor and ran with it. Shameful and LAZY!

Apparently the administration took it seriously enough

Oct 24, 2013, 10:50 AM

To look into it.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Hey Tajh...is this true.....no......ok we looked into it***

If it's serious enough for CU to consider it...

Oct 24, 2013, 10:56 AM

Isn't it serious enough for a member of the media to ask the question?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That just makes to much sense Prod.

Oct 24, 2013, 11:00 AM

Can't bring reason to this.

Anytime an accusation is publicly made it is looked into would be my guess. Of course there was no truth to the rumor, but they do look into accusations made public. It would be nice for some "journalists" to do a little private research first, but that might take a little effort.

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I just don't see why it's a big deal.

Oct 24, 2013, 11:02 AM

Some reporter asks a question, person answers the question. I don't think anyone actually believes that the story is true, mainly due to the responses of the parties involved. Which were made when they were asked questions about it...

Re: I just don't see why it's a big deal.

Oct 25, 2013, 2:09 PM

It's not a big deal, but it does seem like somebody may be trying to sensationalize a rumor to seem a little important. Media types love that. I think it is disgusting.

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Well first you need to look at where it came from!

So NO the media shouldn't have ask about and Clemson knew it was BS BUT they have to look into it.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

No, Idiot, because the Clemson administration knew nothing

Oct 24, 2013, 12:22 PM [ in reply to If it's serious enough for CU to consider it... ]

of it until the question was asked. The reporter on the other hand, should already have done his homework on the source before tarnishing Tajh's reputation on a national scale.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Tajh's reputation has been tarnished? According to whom?***

Re: Tajh's reputation has been tarnished? According to whom?***

Oct 25, 2013, 4:37 PM

Nothing Tajh may done off the field could tarnish his reputation as much as his horrible performance against FSU.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Again, idiot. According to people who know him, respect him,

Oct 26, 2013, 9:10 AM [ in reply to Tajh's reputation has been tarnished? According to whom?*** ]

and keep up with him. Say, Clemson people. Now, you coots would not think his reputation had been tarnished because you could care otherwise. Of course your judgement is poor. For example, coots do not think the University of South Carolina's image has been damaged by a coach urinating on main street in Greenville, two coaches almost coming to blows on the sideline, or a even a head coach showing up and doing his nationally televised post game show while intoxicated. Does that answer your question,"According to whom?"?

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Here's a Non-Clemson fan who I would say thinks Tajh's

Re: Who is the Clemson network reporter who asked Dabo...

Oct 24, 2013, 11:34 AM

That's ridiculous you have to address it to rule it out

We heard of a group of muslims taking pilots lessons across the country

Let's don't ask questions about it because it may be internet fodder and we don't really want to entertain internet idiots

We heard of a booster who is in jail in Miami who was giving $180,000 in cash to players from multiple teams. It was on the internet so it must not be true

I heard about a coach in Pennsylvania who liked to shower with boys...no probably internet idiots wanting attention and hits on their website so let's not ask anything about it

I am all for calling out idiots once it is confirmed as not true. However, when stuff like this gets out, it actually grows into more when not nipped in the bud

I love the fact that Dabo asked TAjh, he said no and that was enough for him. Unless someone brings me factual evidence about my starting Qb, I will take his word every time. Perfect way to handle it. University did the right thing as well. Nip it in the bud

Boy you made some great points.

Let's see you are comparing 180,000 and a guy admitted to doing it and a sicko with kids????

Why didn't you mention the 56,000 that the coots paid for a hotel????

I don't have a problem with the question being asked, this isn't China. What I would really like to see is one of these so called "journalist" investigating the rumor monger who started this. I bet he has more skeletons in his closet than TB does.

Re: Who is the Clemson network reporter who asked Dabo...

If Dabo starts dictating who can be present and ask questions, isn't that him turning into Slurrier?
