Who is Monte Lee, i mean really ??

It's like Year 7 or 8, or whatever, and still a mystery on whether he can coach effectively at this level.

I work in Sales now, and was once an Analyst and its pretty obvious that
"The Product being produced, or results in this case, on the field, are poor or unsatisfactory."

If the product is bad, it doesn't "sell", it gets a bad reputation, and usually goes downhill after that, and the product becomes obsolete.

This is where I see Clemson Baseball going

A change must be made to reverse the current product, to get a "desired result."

What is the goal of Clemson baseball? If it is to win games, we are successful. If it is to win the ACC Championship, we are sometimes successful. If it is to make the NCAA field, we are often successful. If it is to win a National Championship, we have been unsuccessful in the history of the program. Do coaches in any sport have actual goals that can be met? Goals are a tool but goals in sports are not like producing widgets.

I really don't care whether Monte Lee is fired or not but if having a winning program is important, he has met that goal.

29 wins and 36 losses in the ACC the last two years is a losing record so no M Lee has most definitely not met the goal. Young Mr. Neff has to do what is right and I truly believe that he needs to start looking for a new coach.

Monte is a perfect mid major coach or maybe even D2 . After he is fired he will land a nice gig somewhere like lander , FMU, or as an assistant coach back at Coot U.
