win or lose. Clemson basketball has to be winning, a LOT, for fans to start showing up.
I don't know when this phenomenon started, we showed up back when I attended, 72-76, even though we we not upper echelon. (We did begin to play exciting basketball once Tree Rollins and the other highly paid players showed up under Tates Locke, though.)

Well, that is a strike against those fans who didn't have any Grey Poupon to share with their neighboring Tailgaters. But, what's even more preposterous, is the thought of those neighboring tailgaters being out of Grey Poupon themselves, Unthinkable, simply thoughtless!!!!

I don't have those answers bc of health reasons, I haven't been to DV in a while now, but, I have heard our fans say that they had met some pretty nice A&M fans at DV, and at A&M Kyle Field....

T A&M in my experience was very refreshing. We had an amazing time in college station and was even invited to tail gate at the home we parked at a few blocks from the stadium. We stayed under the porch waiting on the rain to die down and was offered food from their party and they opened up their home to us after the game too.

Why the Texas A&M love? I was around a bunch of them in January at the Orange Bowl. They were fine (much better than your average SEC fanbase) but I don't get the "classy" part?
