Real estate wizards

Mar 2, 2020, 12:29 PM

What are pointers to sell land?

How can I find out what similar property is selling for in the area?

Is the value effected if trees have been harvested?

Perhaps a dumb question, but do for sale sign helps?

How to select a brooker?

What are pointers to sell land?

buy low sell high

How can I find out what similar property is selling for in the area?

zillow?

Is the value effected if trees have been harvested?

Harvested or clear cut? If the land is cleared I expect it would bring more money because it would be easier to sell the tracts as residential

Perhaps a dumb question, but do for sale sign helps?

Yes

How to select a brooker?

I'll sell your land for you for 20% of the purchase. I know people in low places

Also, I have no idea what I'm talking about

How much land you talking about?

Any good mineral, lumber, natural gas or oil rights? Big enough for a hunt club?

There are brokers that specialize in land deals.

If a lot located in a neighborhood, then signs or any dealer should work. Or find a local builder who is interest in in-fill building.

your county probably has GIS

Mar 2, 2020, 12:47 PM

Which will have all the information about it.

How many acres?

Any streams or wetlands? The water is property of the State and you cant touch it cheaply.

Zoning topography utilities are all huge factors.
