To sum up the status of our S&C program quickly:
When Stoudt, DJ Howard & Hopper were lifting the weights then fire Batson.
When Lawrence, ETN & Higgins were lifting the weights then Batson et al needed a raise.
When DJ, Ngata & Ladson are lifting the weights then fire Batson.

The way our O line is getting pushed around like a mop, I would save the strength program needs an overhaul.

It has a lot to do with the athlete and the time they want to put into it. Voluntary work outs are key imo on the final product. You want to do the min of what is expected or do you want to be a leader.
