What's going on with Clemson football recruiting in Georgia?

So far this year, we have no commitments from the state of Georgia. Using the 247 site, there are no 2022 recruits from Georgia with even a "warm" rating toward Clemson.
Looking back, again using 247 data, the last year we had no signees from Georgia was in 2012. In the years from '13 - '21, we signed 47 recruits from the state (averaging ~ 5 a year).
So my question is whether there has been a change in who / how our staff is recruiting Georgia? Or perhaps this year is one of those in which the available talent was predisposed to other programs.
I just know that for Clemson football to be strong, we need to be pulling in talent from the state of Georgia.

I definitely did not say the sky is falling. However, using skills of observation should not disqualify me from making a comment on this board.
Where we get recruits is important. Having a strong presence in Georgia increases the Clemson brand there and keeps the relationships with high school coaches strong.

Well, we found our whiner. #10 in recruiting thus far with more to come but that is not enough. Geez.

Please accept my apology for trying to make an intelligent comment on this board. In the future, I will blindly “thumbs up” every comment about how great we are. Or maybe post a picture of a sideline reporter to lust after. Or maybe post a long story about a fishing trip. Or maybe post player look-a-likes of the other teams players. Or maybe game week limericks….
Please everyone give me a “thumbs down” for not being a stupid hick like many of you.
That’s my final post and, yes, good riddance to me.

Nothing wrong with asking the question, it does seem kind of strange. You never said the sky was falling, just asking a question that maybe one of the recruitniks on here could answer.
