I have not, I’m using a larger tenderloin and doubled the marinade recipe. I read the comments to make get a feel on tastes and how to serve. Someone mentioned to use the marinade as a dipping sauce vs the one laid out, so prepping both to see how it is.

Just grilled burgers from NY Butcher Shop, chicken and Italian sausage, The dog gets the sausage as she has her expectations every time I grill. Working on bacon wrapped tenderloin now.
Going to sister's house for BBQ and dogs tonight for the game.

Whatcha smokin’? Aganorsa Leaf held an event at my local shop that I go to. Bought some new stuff I have had so I’ll go on a new adventure tonight. Tried their Lunatic Loquito last night….it was ok…..I would jump on it any tome soon but id like to thro a couple in the humidor and revisit that a couple of years down the road.

Thinking of spaghetti and meatballs if I can get up off my lazy butt and go to the store. Otherwise, will make chicken wings.

Get a London broil, chop an onion and some bell peppers along with shrooms if you like them. Top it off in a Dutch Oven with Rao’s low sugar marinara. Bake at 300 for 2 hours and enjoy over linguini (it’s big enough to stand up to the beef). It’s truly the easiest, healthiest Italian dish you can eat.

Thick pork chops grilled along with a potato, carrots, onions, celery and butter combo wrapped in foil, cooked on the grill, with a side of peas and apple sauce.

Tonight’s objective was to use up some leftovers.
Made a chicken, bacon & apple, cheesy ranch dip for game time, along with bacon wrapped, cream cheese stuffed jalapeños to use up the last of the garden veggies for the season.
