Big win for Louisville and honestly for the ACC. If Louisville can keep that momentum it'll be a decent resume win for Clemson in November.

Watching carefully, it appeared the CF defender ran in front of the blocker and stopped as he attempted to get in position to tackle the runner. If situations like that call for a penalty you would have defenders stopping in front of opposition players all the time. A good no call in my opinion.
