What is Rick Barnes selling

That brownell hasn't figured out. Got UT to number 1 now. Had a good run at Clemson and Texas. Are UT and Texas just a name brand school that recruits want to play at or is it how Barnes sells his teams. Do they survive off transfer students or high school recruits. Seems like he has it figured out.

Their roster is made up mostly three, and a couple of two star recruits. Barnes has pin pointed and developed a couple of players of diamonds in the rough like a la Greg Buckner and Terelle McIntrye. He also has them playing great team ball. They are very unselfish and hustle extrodinary. Now top 5 star recruits like Josiah James from SC are noticing this and want to be on board. Heard of him?

Barnes is a better recruiter and a better coach compared to Brownell.

He can coach, and he can adapt to his players instead of trying to make his players adapt to his game.

Wish he would've stuck around at Clemson longer.

He's able to convince enough good basketball recruits of two things: That they can win and win big, at the highest level, at UT, and that UT/Knoxville is a great place for an 18/22 yr. old to spend a few years.
