in it due to the mold that's supposed to be in it (that's what I've read). That's what gives it its unique flavor.

I certainly do agree with you. The cheese produced is some of the finest made and outpaces some of the so called finer cheeses from Europe.

They produce the cheese with milk form a dairy in Edgefield, SC that is not just organic but as clean and pure as a cow can produce. The farm is Hickory Hill and it is a fourth generation Dunn family run true dairy farm. Best milk in the country! They give tours and it is very educational for kids and adults alike. It will amaze you to see how much work it takes for something we take for granted.

Yes Clemson Blue Cheese is superb. Last home game everyone should stop by the Clemson ice cream store and pick up some packs to give as Christmas gifts.
.
Which reminds me, stopping by for a cone of ice cream is a frequently missed treat. Talk about rich and delish, that treat isn't just for the kids. Yummy flavors and absolutely supreme quality!!
