What if we started the Back-ups against Furman, and then...

...brought in the regular starters in the areas we needed to improve as the game progressed?
That would be cool to do it in reverse like that and might give the back-ups extra incentive to play at their top level from the beginning to maximize their amount of playing time as a starter! ;)

Why not? I can't see Furman's porous defense stopping our 2nd string at all. Furman may be the worst team in the SoCon this year. SERIOUSLY.

I don't believe the coaches would agree.the bkups
need to perform no matter when they enter the game.
if they don't, recruit some that will.

I certainly don't expect a contest, but that is an awfully arrogant approach. Though, yes, I do agree our back-ups should be able to handle Furman.
