The 'genius' subset of fans of the team then blame the coaching staff for having a terrible offensive game plan. Oh yes, and those same fans want to fire the O-Line coach and the WR coach.

I think alot of school s would sign up for 8 or 9 win season every year. Leachs offense has won 10 games in the big 12 and 10 games in the pac12. One day he ll win 10 in the sec. All these schools hired a bama asst, only to bounce the guy years later. Leach was sitting out there waving. Alot of those former asst don't even have a HC job on any level.
