They have a large and active student section.

It’s not quite as picturesque as BYU but pretty close

Yes

Salt Lake City and University of Utah doesn’t have rules like that. That’s more of a BYU and Provo thing.

Other than The Valley and the cockroach, only Nebraska's Memorial Stadium. Unfortunately I went to Lincoln on the day they lost to Colorado to first NOT make a bowl game in about 10,000 years The crowd was unruly toward the head coach and the AD during halftime presentations. Was rather brutal TBH.

Nice place to visit though. I thought it funny they held a Clemson grudge ever since losing in '81 but whatevs. Father in law (may he rest in peace) insisted I wear his Cornhuskers jacket over my Clemson sweatshirt. Felt dirty, but he was a pretty big and convincing dude, so I played it smart. He DID pay for the tickets after all.

My Nebraska game was 2014 vs Miami. Just an awesome environment and best fans by far. They make Clemson fans look like Georgia fans. My Colorado game was 2007 vs Nebraska. 65-51 buffs. The students pelted Big Red with snowballs. Folsom field and view are amazing.

I have been to a lot of ACC stadiums. My son went to Alabama so we went down each year. I will have to say that Bryant-Denny Stadium is pretty impressive during a game. It helped that they were never playing Clemson when we were there! The tailgating is similar to Clemson, as people go all out. Overall a good experience, but not like Clemson!

I've been everywhere!

Mar 30, 2021, 2:17 PM

I was totin' my pack
Along the dusty Winnemucca road
When along came a semi
With a high and canvas covered load
"If you're going to Winnemucca, Mack
With me you can ride."
So I climbed into the cab
And then I settled down inside
He asked me if I'd seen a road
With so much dust and sand
And I said,
"Listen, Bud I've traveled
Every road in this here land."

I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Cross the deserts bare, man
I've breathed the mountain air, man
Of travel, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere.

Been to Reno, Chicago, Fargo, Minnesota,

LOL.

Was up in Ann Arbor today and literally drove right by the Big House. It is indeed huge. Snapped a pic on the way by. Actually ate lunch at Angelo's downtown, which is right in the middle of the campus. Would have liked to have had a chance to walk around the stadium to get a sense of it but I didn't have time. Actually saw the Toledo Rockets stadium a couple days ago. Kinda nice for a MAC joint. Seats 24K, apparently, but it's swanky. Actually looks a bit like a smaller version of the Big House.

Done most everything South of the Mason-Dixon and East of the Mississippi at some point. Starting to work my way through Northern schools.

I'm going through Columbus on the way back down. If I've got time I'm definitely going to stop at OSU, because I've somehow never seen the Horseshoe in person yet and I really want to.
