What excuses and coach speak do we get next week after BC

beats us at home?
Same old same old? I'm guessing yes.
This staff has been outcoached and out-schemed in every game except SC State.
This is going to be a long, dreadful season.
Klubnik can't get here soon enough and TE and Caldwell can't get fired soon enough IMO.
Also, Dabo is going to have to start utilizing the transfer portal or we will never be able to stay competitive with the Bamas, UGAs, etc.

Improved a lot? How? The QB didn't complete half of his passes. The team had 214 yards despite getting double overtime, which was less than USF and Mississippi State. Furman had 196 yards against NC State.

DJU was better last year.
We just need to adjust our expectations to hope for a winning season and to hope for a bowl game. This team needs a LOT of practice to get close to average and we would get that extra oractice with a bowl game; even our D is not that good. What a disappointment.
The D does have the players to be good, even after our player losses of today; but we need to play with fewer blitzs -- the other coaches have seen that quick throws and runs beats this team, as they catch our players out of position. Review our (only) loss to OSU, and games vs UGa, GaT and NCSU. Quick plays beat Venable's plans.
(I'm thinking that NCSU was making illegal noises during their snapcounts today. Plus the missed facemask call and some missed Pl calls. Bad game call for the zebras today.)

I think not, last time we were in this position was like 2010. I think we start seeing closed door Dabo publicly and fire and brimstone Dabo privately.
Again, the transfer portal is irrelevant. A castoff isn’t going to solve these problems. Coaching, Motivation, Scheme, Stubbornness, Execution, confidence, whatever it is, it isn’t talent. The guys are there, the question is why aren’t they performing?
