What did Jeff Scott do when he was at Clemson?

Cause from everything I'm hearing, Tony Elliott did it all when they were co offensive coordinators. Did Jeff not do anything? Did Tony do everything? Why did Dabo fire Jeff long ago if he obviously did nothing but collect a paycheck in his tenure here?

He lead. He was a leader. He understood flow. He had his finger on what was working in real time and made adjustments. He anticipated and sensed things, from a game environment perspective. He did not coach football from a scientist or engineer mentality.
