When Dabo said last year that "only God can make this happen", I believe that he truly in his heart believes that God is using him to change the lives of people in extraordinary ways.
He is such an example for all of us.
I pray that he is never involved in any scandal that will give his detractors amunition to discredit everything that he is doing for people and Clemson University.
I can't put into words the pride I have in having him at the head coach at Clemson.
Terry Don will live as a legend forever in my mind for choosing Dabo.

I’ve closely followed every Clemson coach starting with Frank Howard. Coach Howard was good for Clemson. Since him I especially liked Coach Danny Ford. Others have come and gone. Some were better than others. None were like Coach Dabo Swinney. None have had his charisma, his love for his job, his love for the boys, the staff, the college, the Clemson family. It is a joy to watch him work. It is a joy to watch the boys love the game. It is a joy to watch the team succeed! There will never be another Dabo! I hope my Grandson has the opportunity to play for this fine young man. He is something special ??.
